Release it!

We cry, we worry, we stress whether we want to admit it to others or not but God is not deaf nor blind. Keep those lines of communication open. Don't be too proud to get on those knees, keep yourself bare to him, he knows it already so why you trying to hide it. What are you afraid of? Let that thing go, give it to God, if you have to cry, get it out. Don't keep it in you have to vent. It's like letting the pressure out of a tire, if you don't eventually that tire is going to burst. Release it I encourage you, release it an give it to the one that can fix it all.
